Simon, I have asked for a medical pinion on your case. I have been informed that we have lymph nodes all over the body (in addition to neck, chest, abdomen and pelvis). There was one particular case where there were symptoms of CD with abnormal growths in the sinus. According to the medical profession, there is a possibility that sinus activity related to growths [could be] related to CD. Will advise.
